👋🙏☘️ みなさん、こんにちは。昨日は太陰暦12月の上弦の月15日で、タイでは色鮮やかなロイクラトン祭りが行われます。今日は家族全員が集まって祈りを捧げ、神聖な神に祝福を求める日とされています。タイ人の信仰では、健康、幸福、富を祈ることが多いです。そして、その日には、その日に集まる親戚を歓迎するために、食べ物やデザートが用意されるのが一般的です。そして、そのような信仰があるタイのデザートがあるので、簡単に作れて美味しいこのタイのデザートをユミが紹介したいと思います。家族で作って食べることができるので、ぜひ知っておきましょう。

　タイ料理ショップ『Tekubari Minori Khop kun ka 🇹🇭』 フリーマーケット店 いっぷく亭さんへ出店。お陰様で大入り満員。完売となりました。私は、トッピングメニューのかき氷屋さんとしてお手伝い。🧊　ここ最近 いったい本業が何屋さんなのかわからなくなってきておりますね😅

まだまだ寒い日々が続いておりますが、ほころび始めた梅のつぼみに、春のきざしが感じられる時節となりましたが、みなさんもお変わりなくお過ごしでしょうか？

　今月のてくばりでもお伝えしておりますが、
2月25日　(日曜日)にタイのコデマリ アユミさんとしまおもいさんがコラボしての期間限定のお店
『Tekubari Minori khop kun ka』がオープンしましたよ～。

スパイシーなタイ料理や、ちょっと珍しい美味しいスイーツを振る舞う予定となっております。　またとない機会ですので、もしよかったらみなさんも足を運んでみて下さいね！　会場は、瀬戸田港前の向上寺登り口、いっぷく亭さんとなっております。
